HR Generalist with Bilingual Expertise

Welcome to the role of Bilingual HR Generalist, where you will provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functions. This includes employee relations, performance management, benefits, and onboarding, all while ensuring effective communication and understanding of policies and procedures in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver strategic HR support services across various functions, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees, fostering a culture of inclusivity and understanding.
- Contribute to recruitment efforts, including screening, interviewing, and new hire orientation, leveraging your excellent communication skills.
- Administer benefits and compensation programs, guaranteeing compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and employees in both English and Spanish, promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company standards.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, aligning with company goals and values.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR generalist experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
