Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between the organization and community partners.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders, and represent the organization in outreach activities.
- Collect feedback and insights from community members to guide communication strategies. Â Â - --- Develop and implement social media content calendars for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) that aligns with the organization's messaging and goals.
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
- Work closely with the website design team to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with current communication strategies.
- Assist in managing the websiteâ?s content, including blog posts, event listings, and informational pages.
- Oversee and manage Google Ads Grant campaigns to ensure optimal performance and compliance with Googleâ?s policies.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns to track performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize outreach.
 - Write and edit a variety of content, including press releases, newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials.
- Assist in the promotion of organizational events both online and offline.
Requirements:
- Bachelorâ?s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related role, with a focus on social media and community outreach.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Grants and experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Compensation: This position offers a pay rate of $35/hour
