Entry-level pay begins from $10-13/hr based on experience. Some Saturdays required. Hours for this position are 9a-6p. Please review this short video for more details about this position.

Job Details

  • Is able to perform, daily, any of the required job duties within the processing team and department. This includes all requirements related to accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise.

  • Achieve daily and weekly production goals set by the manager. This includes hitting the overall company goal of 35 pieces produced per hour.

  • Ability to produce quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist the team by living out our Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide as well as carrying out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.


Skills & Requirements

  1. Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.

  2. Must have a commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and mission statement.

  3. Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.

  4. Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form

  5. Must become proficient in production so as to meet established goals.

  6. Stand – up to 100% of a standard work day.

  7. Lifting and Bending – up to 75% of a standard work day.

  8. Moderate to heavy physical activity. This position may require frequent strenuous activity. The ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential for job performance.
