Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Processor to join our team at KARM Stores. As a key member of our processing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of donations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process donations in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Sort and price merchandise to ensure optimal sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily and weekly production goals, achieving a minimum of 35 pieces produced per hour.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Ability to write legibly and accurately.
  • Strong commitment to KARM Stores' mission and values.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and web browsing.
  • Ability to interpret and follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
