• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or progress towards certification is preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industries.
