  • Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
  • Job Type: Fulltime - Onsite

This position assists with client and attorney inquiries and provide support for notices to owners. Ensuring the client files are updated for all client meetings and handle daily schedule updates.

This role will manage a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Arranging travel, handling general accounting duties, and maintaining client files for meetings.
  • Will be responsible for scheduling on the attorneys' calendars, assisting with presentations and special engagements, and assist with annual Continuing Legal Education tracking and submission.

Key duties also include:

  • Processing attorney expense reports, managing conflict checks, and filing documents and emails.

Requirement:

  • A minimum of seven years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of ten years’ experience, as a legal assistant.  
  • Ideal candidate must have excellent administrative and organizational skills, strong command of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Must be computer savvy to include but not limited to word-processing, Excel, presentation software, ability to organize files and workflow.
  • Excellent customer/client relations in addition to customer service skills is a must. Must have law firm experience.
