Fine Dining Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of leadership in an independent full-service cafe/lounge
  • EXPERT knowledge of wine and spirits
  • EXPERT knowledge of craft cocktails
  • EXPERT knowledge of SW cuisine and artisanal foods
  • Strong desire to grow with an amazing company

Fine Dining Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staff of the restaurant with positive engagement, transparent expectations, consistent feedback, and professionalism
  • Work with the Executive Chef and the Corporate team on food and beverage direction, offerings, and experience
  • Manage the financials including inventory, ordering, and pour cost
  • Other duties as assigned
