Employee in this job will be completing MIG welding on the housing units. In this role, they will take a blueprint to set up the overall weld, as the work is more custom due to making different size racks/houses. They will follow blueprints, set up, clamp and tack weld, and perform overall MIG welding to assemble the units together.

Candidates in this role must be able to read blueprints, layout design, and perform structural welding.

Work Environment

Large manufacturing building where units are built in teams of 3-4 people. The environment is fast-paced, well-lit, and kept clean, though the nature of the work means employees will get dirty. There is no A/C, but fans and air flow are maintained. Steel-toed shoes and long pants are required every day.
