Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of an IT Operations professional to join our team located in Hanover, Maryland. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, with the primary function of managing our IT operations. You will be part of an industry that requires a broad range of skills including system administration, network administration, and IT operations management.

Responsibilities:
• Managing and resolving help desk tier III issues
• Overseeing systems administration tasks to ensure optimal system performance
• Carrying out network administration duties to maintain network infrastructure
• Providing true IT support across various departments
• Collaborating with teams across different locations
• Working with various software including CRM, ERP, and Active Directory
• Implementing configuration management processes
• Utilizing PC skills to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues
• Managing IT operations to ensure smooth business processes
• Learning and adapting to new technologies or software as required.• Possession of a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Operations
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Expertise in Active Directory management
• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Excellent PC Skills
• Familiarity with System Administration
• Experience in Network Administration
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Problem-solving aptitude
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related qualification.
