Pay: $100,000-135,000/year

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of service professionals.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily service operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HVAC or equivalent experience is required.
  • Proven experience in service management or a related role is essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions is crucial.
