Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager with over 10 years of experience in both commercial and residential HVAC services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing service operations, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our service department, managing service technicians, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HVAC service department.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of HVAC service technicians.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to various job sites.
  • Maintain and monitor service records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC services, with a focus on both commercial and residential projects.
  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid HVAC certification and state licensure.
  • Proficiency in using HVAC service management software and tools.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
