Our inside sales team sets appointments, so you can focus on signing clients and closing deals. If you excel at converting sellers and thrive on hard work, we want to hear from you.


Compensation:

$150,000+ at commission plan

Responsibilities:
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and the other buyer agents
  • Provide world-class customer service to our clients
  • Follow-up with clients to maintain exceptional customer service
  • Use active listing skills to help clients sell their existing home
Qualifications:
  • The successful candidate must have an active South Carolina Real Estate license or be in the process of obtaining one
  • Be willing to work on a full-time basis as a real estate agent
  • Demonstrate excellent people skills
  • Be a committed advocate for the client
  • Display strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate a desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Show an ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
