Job Summary:
Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining production equipment, performing general building upkeep, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Technology, Technical Certificate, or Maintenance/Technical Experience in Military with a minimum of 4 years of related practical experience OR minimum of 7+ years of related practical experience with no formal training or degree
  • 5+ years of experience in machine troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance

Preferred Skills:

  • Electrical certification or Journeyman's Certificate
  • Experience with PLCs and robotics
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems ranging from 120V to 480V, including machine control circuitry
  • Familiarity with NFPA 70: National Electrical Code & NFPA 70E: Electrical Safety in the Workplace
  • OSHA Training
  • Forklift and aerial lift experience
  • Welding experience
  • Basic plumbing and carpentry skills
  • Experience with machine and hand tools common to the trade (e.g., digital multimeter, pipe threader, table saw, drill press)
  • Familiarity with facilities maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on factory production equipment
  • Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment
  • Dismantle machinery and replace defective parts as needed
  • Maintain inventory of equipment parts and place orders as required
  • Train production workers on routine preventive maintenance
  • Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and metal fabrication tasks as needed for general building upkeep


Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $64,000.00 per year
