Job Title: Advanced Instruments: Service Technician

Overview: Seeking a technician to maintain, repair, and install sampling, flow monitoring, and air-drying equipment. This role involves on-site services, troubleshooting, and building customer relationships.

Details:

  • Type: Full-time, Direct hire

  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, occasional evenings/weekends

  • Location: Western PA/Cleveland OH (100% local travel)

  • Pay: 30/HR

  • Travel: Occasional overnight stays (1-2 nights/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment

  • Respond to emergency service calls

  • Troubleshoot/program microprocessor & PLC-based controls

  • Provide customer support and training

  • Collaborate with sales and management

  • Complete reports and maintenance checklists

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving, mechanical, and electrical knowledge

  • Excellent communication and customer service

  • Proficient with service software, able to work independently

Requirements:

  • High school diploma

  • Valid driver's license

  • Mechanical aptitude and service experience

  • Able to pass background checks and drug screenings

  • Refrigeration experience a plus (not required)
