Position Overview:
As an HR Technology Partner, you will support a pivotal system transition from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Dimensions), aiding in all aspects of the implementation lifecycle. This role involves defining timekeeping requirements, guiding system design, supporting configuration, and actively participating in testing, change management, and rollout strategies. The integration of this new system with Workday HCM and U.S. Payroll will impact approximately 15,000 employees across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop collaborative relationships with business owners and stakeholders to document timekeeping requirements and act as the SME throughout the project.

-Guide end-to-end integration design, supporting Workday HCM/Payroll and UKG Dimensions.

- Assist with configuration setup, test case development, system and UAT testing, and troubleshooting.

- Facilitate training, change management, and support deployment strategies, providing hands-on Hypercare support post-launch.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of HR technology experience.

- Proficiency with UKG configurations and 3+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM or other HCM systems.

- Functional expertise in Attestation, Accruals, Personas, Attendance, or Mobile UKG areas.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; experience in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of project management tools, Workday HCM/Payroll experience, and advanced UKG Scheduler or Piece and Flag Modules.
