Exciting Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in Colusa Junction, CA

Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a fulfilling role in Colusa Junction, CA? We have a full-time position available for the 2024-2025 school year, offering the chance to provide essential speech and language services in a supportive and engaging school environment.

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Colusa Junction, CA
Hours: 37.5 - 40 hours per week
School Year: 2024-2025
Caseload: K-12th grade itinerant openings

Role Overview:

  • Position: Full-time role with itinerant responsibilities across various school sites.
  • Caseload: Oversee a diverse range of K-12 students, delivering individualized therapy.
  • Focus: Provide tailored therapy to improve students' speech and language abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Services: Conduct direct therapy sessions specific to each student's needs.
  • Assessment & Planning: Perform evaluations and create individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into the educational process.
  • Documentation: Keep thorough records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid California State licensure as an SLP.
  • Experience: Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or CCC-SLPs are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with students of all ages.
