  • Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist Licensure.

  • Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Teletherapy Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality, virtual speech therapy services to students within a Colorado school district. You will work with K-12 students who have a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders, developing personalized treatment plans to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students via a teletherapy platform.
  • Assess and evaluate students' speech and language abilities, developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a supportive learning environment.
  • Track student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including progress reports, IEP goals, and therapy logs, in compliance with district and state guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions when required.
  • Stay current with best practices in teletherapy and speech-language pathology to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Colorado SLP license or the ability to obtain one.
  • ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting (virtual or in-person) is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in the use of teletherapy platforms and technology.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative educational team.
