Job Title: Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHHT)

Location: Oconomowoc, WIArea

Employment Type:Part-Time (15 hours per week), onsite, Itinerant

Caseload: PK-12

Pay:$35-41/hour

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearingto join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in the Oconomowoc, WI area. This is a full-time, onsite position that involves supporting students with hearing impairments. Apply today to be considered for this rewarding opportunity

Job Details:

  • Provide specialized instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success.
  • Monitor and assess student progress.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
  • Valid licensure as a Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Wisconsin
  • ASL experience preferred
  • Previous experience working with deaf and hard of hearing students preferred.
  • Strong munication and collaboration skills.
