Full Time School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

ProCare Therapy collaborates with a School District in Atchison, KSactively seeking dedicated School Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication capabilities.
  • Provide personalized therapy addressing speech and language disorders including articulation, fluency, voice, and language delays.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to facilitate students' academic and social advancement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports to monitor student development and effectively engage stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid SLP License in Kansas
  • Experience working with diverse learning needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Details:

  • Academic Year: ASAP start - May 22nd, 2025
  • Location: Atchison, KS
  • Compensation: $45-60/hour
  • Caseload: 3rd-12th Grade
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Interview Process:

  • Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • Follow-up 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
  • Offers typically extended within 24 hours of the interview
