We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant.

Job Summary:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a K-12 setting. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language deficits
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in a K-12 setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • CT license required or ability to acquire before starting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
