Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Collections and Credit Specialist to join our client in the Triad area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-volume collections and experience with credit, particularly within a manufacturing environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the collections process for a large portfolio of accounts.

  • Evaluate credit applications and establish credit limits.

  • Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans

  • Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and customer interactions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-volume collections and credit management.

  • Exposure to a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
