ProCare Therapy is Seeking Paraprofessionals for the 24/25 School Year in Hamtramck, Michigan

Location: Hamtramck, Michigan
Position: Special Education Paraprofessional
Caseload:K-12th Openings | One-on-one and classroom support roles
Hours: Fulltime | 32.5 Hours per Week

Role Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Special Education Paraprofessionalsto join our team, working with a partnered school district in the Hamtramck, MIareaThis is your chance to support students with special needs and play a vital role in their educational success.

What Youll Do:

  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to help students build positive social skills and appropriate behaviors.
  • Track student progress, collaborating closely with teachers and the educational team.
  • Provide individualized and small group support to enhance students' learning experiences and growth.

What Were Looking For:

  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
