Location: Granite Falls, WA
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Paraprofessional to join our team in Granite Falls, WA. In this full-time role, you will support teachers and students in the classroom, providing essential assistance to help students reach their academic and personal goals. If you have a passion for education and enjoy working with children, wed love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and supporting classroom activities.
- Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs, to reinforce learning and promote engagement.
- Support students with organization, behavior, and classroom routines.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on areas of need.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support student success.
