As a key member of the educational team, you will provide valuable support to students and teachers in a classroom environment. Job Description:

  • Assist Teachers and Students: Support classroom instruction, help with lesson activities, and provide individualized assistance to students.
  • Classroom Management: Assist with managing student behavior, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Support Student Success: Encourage student participation, monitor progress, and provide academic or behavioral support as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure the needs of all students are met.
  • Impactful Role: Contribute to students' personal and academic growth in a dynamic, team-oriented school environment.

Requirements:
  • Schools and/or Behavioral experience is preferred
Interview Process:
  • (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
  • (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview
