Are you a compassionate and driven Special Education Teacher with moderate/severe licensure in Oklahoma, looking for the flexibility and freedom of remote work? We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Special Education Teacher to provide individualized instruction and support to students with moderate to severe disabilities. Not only does this role offer the autonomy of a 1099 contractor, but youll also have a strong advocate by your side, ensuring youre fully supported and set up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tailored Instruction: Provide customized virtual instruction to K-12 students with moderate to severe disabilities, helping them reach their full potential and achieve their IEP goals.
- IEP Leadership: Partner with educators, parents, and school teams to create and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address the unique needs of each student.
- Progress Evaluation: Monitor student progress, making data-driven adjustments to teaching strategies to ensure continued growth and achievement.
- Collaboration & Advocacy: Collaborate with school staff, families, and your dedicated advocate to ensure that students receive the necessary support and resources to succeed.
Licensure & Certification Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Oklahoma Special Education Teaching License with a focus on Moderate/Severe Disabilities.
- Must meet Oklahomas state requirements for background checks and continuing education.
