Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst based in Middleton, Wisconsin. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be primarily involved in providing end user support, troubleshooting, and managing ticketing systems. Your role is vital in the Service industry as you will be managing both hardware and software issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot various issues related to Android, Microsoft, and Apple devices, as well as Cisco and Citrix technologies.
• Manage the ticketing system to track and resolve user issues.
• Provide end user support for issues related to computer hardware and software.
• Use Active Directory to manage user access and maintain security.
• Conduct end user training to guide customers on the use and troubleshooting of their devices.
• Provide customer support to address inquiries and complaints.
• Use configuration management tools to manage system settings.
• Handle deployments of new systems and software.
• Provide support for Microsoft Office products.
• Maintain computer imaging systems for easy deployment and setup of new computers.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar position
• Proficient in Android Development
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
• Experience with Mac Computers and Apple Devices
• Proficient in Microsoft products and services
• Experience with Active Directory
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Proven track record in Deployments
• Ability to provide End User Training
• Excellent Customer Support skills
• Knowledge of Computer Imaging
• Experience with Ticketing System
