Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our clients team in Nashville, TN. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our company's financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of the general ledger.

  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.

  • Overseeing payroll processing and tax filings.

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

  • Performing monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.

  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Collaborating with external auditors and preparing for audits.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Pay: $25-30/hr

Job Type: Full time; onsite

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
