Job Title: Welder - Evansville, IN

Starting Pay: $24/hr. - $28/hr.

Available Shift: Day Shift, Monday - Friday

Job Description

  • Weld various pieces of non-routine and moderately complex equipment and machinery.
  • Create and fabricate from scratch various pieces of moderately complex motor parts and equipment using blueprints.
  • Perform under limited supervision.
  • Perform moderate to complex welding including plasma cutting, TIG, MIG and ARC (stick) welding.
  • Assemble structural steel and sheet metal.

Must Haves

  • TIG welding
  • MIG welding
  • ARC (stick) welding
  • Plasma cutting
  • Blueprint interpretation

Work Environment

  • Very large facility with 10+ different shops at main location. This is a very large job shop facility.
  • It is semi-climate controlled, but the machine shop can become hot during summer, cool during winter.
