What You’ll Do:


· Lead and manage all accounting functions, including Billing, A/R, A/P, Payroll, GL, and Revenue Recognition

· Oversee invoicing operations, managing the accurate processing of 2,500+ monthly invoices

· Drive the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts; report and analyze variances

· Publish timely, accurate monthly financial statements within a 4-day close cycle

· Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal tax and reporting regulations

· Strengthen internal controls and ensure quality in financial transactions and reporting

·  Provide mentorship and direction to a team of 4-8 finance professionals (Assistant Controllers, AR/AP, Payroll, and Analysts)


What You Bring:


· Proven Controller Experience in multi-unit environments with $250M+ in revenue across multiple locations/entities

· 5+ years of senior accounting/finance experience with a strong focus on GAAP and some IFRS knowledge; SOX compliance a plus

· Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance

· Expertise in creating financial statements, overseeing complex journal entries, and managing month- and year-end close processes

· Proficiency with accounting software; MS Office and Oracle skills preferred

· Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work under pressure, meeting critical deadlines

· Strong communicator with the experience to present financial insights to the executive team

· A collaborative, “can-do” attitude that inspires and empowers your team



Location:

  • This position requires in-office attendance five days a week. This is not a remote role.
