- Inspire the Team: Train, coach, and motivate the team to achieve excellence, setting the bar high and never underdelivering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a General Manager in an independent restaurant or restaurant group—no job hoppers, please
- Leadership: Friendly, outgoing, and coach-like leadership style that leads by example.
- Communication: Clear, direct communicator with a passion for hospitality and team development.
- High-Volume Expertise: Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments.
- Standards-Driven: A track record of upholding standards, exceeding expectations, and building relationships.
- Certification: ServSafe Certified is required.
