Executive Restaurant Operations Director

St. Louis Brewery is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Restaurant Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
- Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through prompt service, quality products, and attentive staff.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with local alcoholic beverage regulations and ensure compliance.
- Estimate food and beverage costs to maintain profitability.
- Manage inventory, purchase supplies, and control expenses.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Appraise staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a similar environment.
- Demonstrated customer service expertise as a manager.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Marketing experience in the F&B industry is a significant asset.
The successful candidate will frequently walk, use hands, reach, stand, climb, and balance. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.
Typical mental and visual attention will be necessary, with visual requirements including depth perception, color vision, and clarity of vision for distant and near work.
Work Environment- A moderate noise level can be expected.
- This role requires travel to other locations primarily by driving.
- Nighttime and overnight travel may be occasional.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
$65,000 - $80,000 per year (DOE), plus benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.
