Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. This role involves working in a manufacturing setting where you will be responsible for various tasks related to machine operation, production, and general labor. The ideal candidate must be willing to learn and open to on-the-job training.
Responsibilities- Operate machinery and equipment as required.
- Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Read and interpret measurements using a ruler.
- Inspect products for quality assurance.
- Communicate effectively with superiors and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (3-6 months).
- Ability to read, write, and speak English or Spanish.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- No specific education requirement.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Work EnvironmentOur company is a leader in the Polyethylene (PE) foam manufacturing space, providing reliable and high-quality foam solutions to various industries worldwide. The available shifts are as follows: 2nd Shift (2 openings) from Monday to Thursday, 3 pm - 3 am with a 5% shift differential. Overtime is available on Fridays. The dress code includes jeans or shorts, t-shirts, and work boots or sneakers, but no open-toed shoes or tank tops are allowed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.16
