This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing
SUMMARY: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for market growth / new business. Will work directly with operations to ensure that the hiring needs of our clients and the contract employees' payroll expectations are met.
LOCATION: Spring, TX 77388
WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person
SHIFT: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary plus Commission
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all sales and service functions for targeted markets.
- Outside solicitation/Cold calls of new clientele.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and recommend candidates.
- Prepare, calculate, and negotiate bill rates with clients.
- Relationship-Oriented Builds and maintains business relationships throughout the sales cycle.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and company-required car insurance coverage.
- Reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Outside sales experience preferred.
- Light computer experience required.
