Restaurant General Manager Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of operations and leadership teams
  • Manage guest experiences and address any concerns
  • Maintain top-notch ingredient quality and food preparation standards
  • Support the hiring, training, and management of all staff
  • Develop and adjust schedules to align with business demands
  • Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • Prior experience leading teams of 15 or more in a management role preferred
  • Skilled in using computers, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management tools
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Capable of excelling in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
