Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - CFY

Location: Southborough, Massachusetts

Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (CFY) to join our team in Southborough, Massachusetts. In this role, you will work with a diverse caseload of patients, providing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services to individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Job Details:

  • On Site
  • Full time preferred
  • Maternity Leave Assignment:September-November
  • PreK-5 caseload

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Massachusettsstate license or eligibility for licensure
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or pending
  • Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
  • Experience with AAC devices is preferred
  • IEP experience and knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to improve communication, articulation, and swallowing function
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes
