Job Description

These Radiology Technologists (RTs) will be using digital radiography versus computed radiography or film. The Digital Radiography (DR) provides a dynamic range, faster rate, and dose efficiency, making the RT's job easier. They will also use a Shimadzu portable system, which is easy to use and move around for patient imaging. Additionally, RTs will assist with front and back office medical assistant duties such as point-of-care testing, taking vitals, and rooming patients.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 90 days of hire
Soft Skills
  • Ability to collaborate with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work at multiple locations within a 30-mile radius
  • Adaptability to change locations on short notice

Work Environment

RTs are responsible for checking-in patients and rooming them. Flexibility with transportation is essential. Lunch breaks are divided into increments to ensure clinic coverage.
