The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
  • Up-sell and cross-selladditionalproducts and services to customers.
  • Provideon-call emergency service.
  • Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
  • Deliver and pick-up chemicals.
  • Build rapport with decision makers.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
  • Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers.
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.

Requirements:

  • Have a valid drivers license.

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
  • Be able to work Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm with occasional overtime.
  • Be able to work on call after hours for 1 week every 5-6 weeks.
