Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in Kent, WA.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their dish machines are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with dish machines.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
  • Provide emergency on-call service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer payments and follow up to ensure accounts are current.
  • Deliver and pick up chemicals as required.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
  • Resolving customer concerns and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Train customers on proper usage of cleaners and sanitizers.
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
  • Safe driving skills and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with occasional overtime.
  • Occasional on-call shifts after hours, one week every five-six weeks.
