Temporary Contracts Administrator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company near the Phoenix/Tempe border. This organization is implementing a new legal software to house all their contracts and licensure. In this process, they are in need of a temporary contracts administrator to assist them in this transition. This role is expected to last 4-6 weeks, and is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. To be considered, you MUST have experience reviewing contracts and legal licensure.
This position requires a thorough understanding of contracts, legal compliance, and licensure requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Assist with the transition to a new legal software platform, ensuring accurate contract data entry and organization.
- Verify licensure requirements and ensure proper documentation is maintained for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Provide support to the legal and contracts team in resolving any contract-related issues.
- Ensure all contracts and legal documents are properly filed and accessible within the new system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new software and workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contracts administration, preferably in the construction or legal industry.
- Strong understanding of contracts, licensing requirements, and legal terminology.
- Proficiency in contract review, analysis, and management.
- Experience with legal software and document management systems (prior experience with software transitions is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $44.00 per hour
