Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records of all receivable transactions, including payment histories and account adjustments.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with customers to address billing issues and payment discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
