Job Overview

Strictly FX, a leading special effects company, seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Financial Specialist to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. With a strong background in AR and general accounting, this role is responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor accounts and incoming payments, reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly AR aging reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal departments to resolve billing issues and disputes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or 5+ years of extensive experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
