Moderate/Severe Special Education TeacherAre you a talented Special Educator that specializes in working with students with severe neeeds? ProCare Therapy is searching for an experiencedSpecial Education Teacher to join one of our trusted school districts located in beautiful Liberal, Kansas.As Special Education Teacher in this role,you will provide specialized instruction and support to students with significant cognitive, physical, or emotional disabilities. You will develop individualized education programs (IEPs), deliver adaptive curriculum, and work closely with a team of specialists and support staff to ensure students reach their fullest potential.

Job Description
- Full time
- M-F
- 35-37.5 hours per week
- Elementary caseload
- Smaller caseload, around 10-12 kiddos
- Moderate - Severe
- In-person only
- ASAP - End of school year
- More details to be discussed upon interview
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or higher
- Active state Teaching License
- Active state Certification
- Severe experience highlighted on resume
- Proficient in Case Management
- Able to develop and implement IEPs while coordinating with internal departments
- Experience working with students with multiple disabilities
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 30 mins-1 hrvirtual/in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
