Destination Pet is looking for a Professional Dog Groomer to help with the influx of dogs at Happy Camper.

Need a new set of Grooming Clippers? No Problem Here at Destination Pet, we want our groomers to have nothing but the best

What is required of our employees?

  • 2 years of Professional Grooming experience (Preferred).

  • A great attitude

  • MUST LOVE DOGS - We have a lot of them

  • Be able to lift 40 pounds.

  • Grooming requires some standing, walking and physical activity.

  • Be proficient at handling dogs.

  • Work in an environment with exposure to disinfectant/sanitation

*If you have no experience and are looking to start a career as a Professional Groomer, please apply on our website Destinationpet.com under support staff. After 6 months of full-time or part-time employment with Destination Pet, you can attend Paragon School of Pet Grooming free of charge. *

What about the pay?

You have the CHOICE to CHOOSE commission or an hourly rate for 60 days

  • 50% commission or 40% commission if you are working with a bather thus allowing you to do more dogs and make more money. 30% on basic bath (Usually the kennel staff does these, but sometimes they need help)

  • Or will receive an hourly wage for 60 days.

  • You will also receive a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus
