About our clinic: St. Boni Pet Hospital is a fullservice small animal hospital for dogs and cats that welcomes both emergency treatment cases as well as pet patients in need of routine medical surgical and dental care Our hospital is fully equipped with laser therapy acupuncture and top of the line equipment to help you in your everyday tasks.

Schedule We truly believe in work/life balance and will do our best to accommodate your desired schedule There are no oncall responsibilities since we have several referral/emergency locations nearby.




Requirements
  • Minnesota Veterinary License active and in good standing
  • Teamwork mentality and open to collaboration
  • Open to our Leadership Development Year Long Program to develop not only your business mindset but also soft skills.
    • A year long program for Hospital Leadership or people who desire leadership in the future
    • Starts by visiting the home office in for a few days where you would be involved in training
    • Weekly meetings for your personal development
    • Main focus is soft skills leadership communication management styles how to lead effective meetings retention skills financial aspects like how to read a P&L and business focusedGREAT invaluable information that would stick with you.
    • For a leader that you would want for instance is it someone who can read a P&L statement or someone who can read a P&L statement AND lead in a healthy and positive way that has the well rounded soft skills that are so pertinent in todays environment
