We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and highly talented Project Architect to join our innovative team This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual who's interested in being responsible for leading and managing the entire life-cycle of projects, from initial concept design to final completion. If you are passionate about architectural design, have a strong background in construction administration and are looking for career growth, then this position is for you

Responsibilities:

1. Leading the architectural design process, from concept development through to completion, for a diverse range of industrial, commercial and hospitality projects.
2. Collaborating with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
3. Managing the construction administration process, including reviewing drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits to ensure adherence to design intent and construction quality.
4. Oversee the production of high-quality construction drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
5. Participating in design development, creating innovative and efficient design solutions that meet client needs and align with industry standards and trends.
6. Coordinating with various engineering disciplines to integrate engineering elements into unified design.

Qualifications:

1. A professional degree in Architecture.
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on industrial, commercial, and hospitality projects.
3. Proven experience in construction administration, including managing construction documents.
4. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
5. Experience in all phases of the design process, from concept development to final completion.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate with various stakeholders.
7. Professional registration or licensure is preferred.
