LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Product Manager/Project Manager for a global banking client to manage and execute campaigns across digital marketing channels. The role will provide strategic insights to help team monitor trends, patterns and market shifts. Job Responsibilities:

  • Publish targeted marketing offers across owned channels using the Customer Level Offers Platform.

  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from creative development to updates, collaborating with marketing, creative teams, legal, brand, and product partners.

  • Conduct Quality Assurance testing of assets published via the platform, ensuring consistency across desktop and mobile experiences.

  • Manage homepage and mobile unauthenticated Consumer card acquisition campaigns, working with internal teams and external creative agencies to bring efforts to market.

  • Monitor key channel performance indicators and portfolio metrics, reporting on digital campaign performance.

  • Support campaign strategy, orchestration, development, and enhancements in alignment with partner and stakeholder direction.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and customer experiences.

  • Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at various stages simultaneously (Agile or Waterfall methodology).

  • Experience with Content Management Systems and publishing.

  • QA testing and validation experience across both desktop and mobile channels.

  • Experience working with creative agencies and/or vendor partners.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaign streams and quickly identify and resolve complex issues.

  • Clear, effective, and concise communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Location: Charlotte, NC or Newark, DE

Worksite Type: hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Hourly Pay Rate: $69-71/hr



Pay Details: $69.00 to $71.00 per hour
