Location: Peridot, Arizona
Job Type: Full-Time, 5 days a week, 8am 5pm

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outpatient Staff Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. Our facility is committed to improving patient outcomes and enhancing medication safety in our community.
Position Summary: As an Outpatient Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective medication use for our patients. You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers and support staff to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to all federal and state regulations.
Conduct medication therapy management and provide drug utilization reviews.
Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care plans.
Monitor patient progress and recommend adjustments as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all pharmacy activities.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and training programs.
Stay current with pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
Active pharmacist license in the state of Arizona.
Previous experience in an outpatient pharmacy setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in pharmacy software and electronic health records (EHR).
