Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing, and promoting health education and wellness in our communities.

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including medication therapy management, immunizations, and health education.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications, maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners to promote health and wellness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in pharmacy practice.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve quality and safety goals, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Arizona.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
