Job Title: School Psychologist Intern

Type: Full-Time, Onsite Internship
Duration: School Year (600-hour supervised internship)

Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time School Psychologist Intern to join our team in Ludington, MI. This internship offers an immersive experience under the supervision of a licensed School Psychologist. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a school setting, supporting students academic, social, and emotional needs. Candidates must hold a Preliminary School Psychology Certificate and be working toward a School Psychology Specialists Degree (or equivalent) from an institution with an approved program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and support the development of intervention strategies for students under supervision.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to address student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations as part of the support team.
• Gain experience in direct and consultative services, behavioral observations, and data analysis.
• Complete 600 hours of supervised internship, with a minimum of 300 hours working directly with students in a school setting.

Qualifications:

• Preliminary School Psychology Certificate (required).
• Currently enrolled in an approved School Psychology Specialists Degree program or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to working collaboratively within a school environment.
