Job Title: School Psychologist Intern

Duration: 600-hour supervised internship (300 hours in a school setting under the supervision of a licensed School Psychologist)

Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time School Psychologist Intern to join our team in Ludington, MI. The intern will complete a 600-hour supervised internship, with at least 300 hours spent working with students in a school setting under the direct supervision of a licensed School Psychologist. This position provides a hands-on learning experience, allowing the intern to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios while supporting students' academic, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations under the supervision of a licensed School Psychologist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create effective intervention strategies.
• Support students social, emotional, and behavioral development through counseling and targeted interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student progress and needs.

Qualifications:

• Preliminary Psychologist Certificate (required).
• School Psychology Specialists Degree (or equivalent) from an institution with an approved program (required).
• Must be completing a 600-hour supervised internship, with 300 hours in a school setting.
